An 11-year old contestant wowed the coaches when he sang one of Freddie Aguilar's classic songs.
Gomez Lee Marcelino from Sto. Tomas, Batangas, is a veteran of amateur singing contests but just like other boys his age, he still enjoys playing with his cousins.
The son of a tailor, Marcelino's father makes his clothes every time he joins contests to show their love and support.
Marcelino sang Aguilar's "Bulag, Pipi at Bingi," which earned him a spot in Sarah Geronimo's team.
When asked where his voice comes from, he pointed to his diaphragm -- much to the delight of the coaches.
