Star Magic has released a statement in response to the accusations of a disgruntled fan that teen stars Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo walked out from their meet-and-greet event in Italy.



The management wrote, "All Star Magic artists go to great lengths to please and satisfy the various audiences and fans. The meet and greets are a concession to the local producers who use them as a marketing device. They are run by the producers and often the artists have little or no control over how they are run."

"Nevertheless Star Magic regret that there is at least one disgruntled fan and said they will try and make sure that incidents like this are not repeated."

Looks like Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo are off to a good start this year as they got to spend quality time together in between their Kapamilya concert tour in Dubai, Norway, and Italy.

In her latest Instagram post, Kathryn shared a snapshot of her and Daniel visiting some tourist spots in Oslo, Norway. The said photo garnered over a hundred thousand “likes” on Instagram from their avid followers.

Fans were ecstatic to see Daniel and Kathryn looking happy together, especially after all the negative publicity that the couple encountered late last year.

It will be recalled that Daniel even expressed his dismay when his dad Rommel Padilla got bashed on social media.

But it seems that Daniel suddenly had a change of heart and decided to post some photos during their trip.

That same day, Kathryn posted a wacky photo with Daniel, stating that the Kapamilya actor is “back on IG.”

Jasmine Curtis-Smith Said She Reached Out To Kathryn Bernardo

Jasmine Curtis-Smith admitted that she had a difficult time dealing with the controversy surrounding a so-called "audio scandal" which had fans speculating about her ties with actor Daniel Padilla.

The 90-second clip made the rounds online in September and, by Padilla's admission, strained his relationship with his love team partner and rumored girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo.

The two have since patched things up.

In a live interview on "Aquino & Abunda Tonight" on Wednesday, Curtis-Smith said her first step after her name got dragged into the controversy was to talk with the parties involved.

Asked specifically if she was able to speak with Bernardo, who admittedly got affected by the controversy, Curtis-Smith said she reached out to her.

In her first interview last September addressing the issue, Curtis-Smith admitted exchanging text messages with Padilla, but emphasized that she is not romantically involved with him. The two met as first time co-stars in the upcoming biopic "Bonifacio: Ang Unang Pangulo."

It's official: Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla will portray the roles first brought to life by Kristine Hermosa and Jericho Rosales in ABS-CBN's modern retelling of "Pangako Sa 'Yo."



The teaser of the remake, which debuted Tuesday night during the "Kapamilya Thank You" trade event, shows Bernardo and Padilla re-creating a scene from the original wherein Hermosa and Rosales run across a field.

First aired in 2000, the original "Pangako Sa 'Yo" centered on sweethearts Yna and Angelo, who are anguished over the discovery that they might be half-siblings.

When secrets from their parents' past unravel, Yna and Angelo are relieved to find out that they have no blood relation.

The top-rating teleserye was also popular for the rivalry of business tycoon Amor Powers and hacienda matriarch Claudia Buenavista, respectively portrayed by Eula Valdez and Jean Garcia.

This time, Jodi Sta. Maria will play Amor, Yna's mother out for revenge on the Buenavistas; while Angelica Panganiban will take on Claudia, the scheming and ambitious wife of Amor's former love, Eduardo.

Returning as director of "Pangako Sa 'Yo" in 2015 is Rory Quintos. It will be produced by Star Creatives, the team behind the primetime hits "Princess and I," "Got to Believe," "The Legal Wife" and the ongoing "Forevemore."

Considered as the pioneering "teleserye," the original has been aired in over 20 foreign territories since 2002, making it arguably the most successful Philippine TV series to air internationally.

Kathryn Bernardo Speaks Up About Viral 'Kissing Photo' With Daniel Padilla

Teen superstar Kathryn Bernardo has finally spoken up about the viral photos supposedly showing her and onscreen partner Daniel Padilla kissing at an airport.



The 18-year-old actress was asked about the photos after a press conference on Tuesday held by rice take-out brand RBX, which recently renewed its endorsement deal with Bernardo.

The supposed "kissing photos" made the rounds last week on micro-blogging site Twitter. At the time, Bernardo and Padilla had just finished the four-stop "One Magical Night" tour in Canada with fellow Star Magic artists Kim Chiu, John Lapus and Marcelito Pomoy.

One of the photos shows Padilla holding Bernardo's neck with both hands. The actress' back was to the camera, obstructing her and Padilla's faces.

Bernardo acknowledged the photos, saying they appear to have been taken while they were at an airport in Canada. However, she denied that she and Padilla were kissing, as their fans have speculated online.

When asked about several other photos of Padilla with his arms around her, Bernardo said the 19-year-old actor has always been expressive of his affection towards her, his mother, and other women who are close to him.

Bernardo's interview on Tuesday was the first time she faced members of the press since the so-called "audio scandal" in September involving Padilla, which, by his admission, strained his relationship with the actress.

Kim Chiu Forgets Lyrics But Still Charms Concertgoers At One Magical Night Tour In Canada

Kim Chiu warns the audience to lessen their expectations before her solo, acoustic performance of "I'm Yours" at a packed Queen Elizabeth Theater in Toronto, Canada as part of the just-concluded "One Magical Night" tour featuring Star Magic artists.



The 24-year-old actress appeared nervous as she gestured the sign of the cross just before strumming the first parts of the Jason Mraz hit.

Before hitting the chorus, Chiu abruptly stopped, as she forgets the lyrics. The candid moment triggered laughter in the audience, who cheered on Chiu as she appeared embarrassed over the mistake.

Chiu managed to get through the number without a hitch, and even had the audience singing her parts towards the end. At that point, she rejoiced over finishing the song.

The actress appeared less nervous a night later in Edmonton, where she reprised the number for another set Canada-based Filipinos.



She charmed the audience with her jokes and quips as they waited for the sound system to be set up. She drew laughs for translating one sentence after another from Cebuano, her native language, to Tagalog and then English.

As with her performance in Toronto, Chiu had the audience singing along and literally giving them their share of the spotlight.



The four-stop "One Magical Night" tour concluded last Sunday and also featured Kathryn Bernardo, Daniel Padilla, John Lapus and Marcelito Pomoy.

In videos and photos, Chiu shared on Instagram her fond memories of the tour, crediting the enthusiastic Filipinos there for an "awesome" experience.
