"The Voice Kids" Coach Bamboo Mañalac found another young artist to hone in the person of a 12-year-old Filipino-Japanese from Cabanatuan City.
Natsumi Saito, whose name means "beautiful summer," managed to impress Mañalac with her rendition of Jessie J's "Price Tag" in the talent show's Blind Auditions.
Mañalac, however, thought that Saito could have chosen a different song that would complement her voice.
The former rock band frontman said he was also impressed by Saito's authentic voice, although he admitted it still needs some polishing.
Meanwwhile, Coach Sarah Geronimo said she felt that Saito lacked energy while performing the song.
The 12-year-old said she joined "The Voice Kids" to improve her talent in singing and share it to the world.
