Joniver Robles Denied 'The Voice PH' Contacted Him To Discuss About His Dismissal

Joniver Robles denied that “The Voice” Philippines has contacted him to discuss why he was removed from the show.


Joniver was with Team Bamboo. On the January 19 episode of the show, Joniver was able to continue on with the show after the Knockout rounds. Yet at the last part of the show, Bamboo announced that Joniver cannot continue with the competition due to personal reasons and which that both the show and Joniver agreed to.

Yet on Joniver's Facebook post on Saturday, he claimed that the management or even his coach didn't reach out to him.

He also claimed that people make up lies to be used against him and this resulted for him to be removed from the competition.


On another post, he dared the people who said that he “broke some rules or did something for the show to have some problems.


With the turn of events and based on the rules laid by Talpa, the owner of the “The Voice” franchise, Joniver's spot in the competition will be taken over by Rita Martinez.

Joniver Robles, A Lea Salonga Admirer Turned 4 Chairs On The Voice PH

A self-professed music addict wowed all the coaches with his powerful voice in the second season of "The Voice of the Philippines".



Joniver Robles, 36, spent most of his life playing music. Despite not being able to finish his studies, he was able to help his family with the money he earns from his performances.


He also admitted that he admires Salonga, and would want to be part of her or Bamboo's team.

On the show's episode on Saturday, Robles performed "I Don't Need No Doctor". All the coaches turned their chairs as soon as he started singing.

Before revealing his choice, Robles admitted that he admires Salonga. He then sang a song for her before eventually deciding to be part of Kamp Kawayan.
