ABS-CBN actress Erich Gonzales has confirmed rumors that she and boyfriend Daniel Matsunaga have broken up.
“It's true po. We're not together anymore. It’s over, Gonzales told reporters after her renewing her contract with the kapamilya network on Thursday, February 9.

“To be honest po, ayaw ko po sanang mag-detalye. I just want to move on."
The actress also denied claims of Matsunaga on his Instagram post that they're talking to fix the relationship.
"Hindi po kami nag-uusap. It’s not true that we are talking. Hindi po kami magkaibigan," she said. Erich, however, confirmed Daniel’s statement that there was no third party involved.
The actress has also confirmed that she has deleted their photos on her Instagram account and unfollowed Daniel and his family.
“I think I just have to accept na may mga bagay po talagang we cannot control. Life goes on,” she said. “I deleted the photos. I unfollowed them. I just want to help myself.”
When asked what she has learned from their relationship, she said: “Siguro kapag nagmahal ka, kailangan magtira ka para sa sarili mo.”
Gonzales said she is not yet open to being friends with Matsunaga again.
