Actress KC Concepcion has already met the four-year-old son of rumored boyfriend Paulo Avelino.


This was revealed by Avelino himself when he attended the recent birthday celebration of Coco Martin, where he was once again quizzed about the real score between him and Concepcion.

The actor then voluntarily shared that his son Aki recently met Concepcion.

Aki is Avelino’s son with LJ Reyes.

Dad Rocker Bradley Holmes Lands Spot On Team Apl On The Voice PH

A father of three rocked his way to a spot on Team Apl in the second season of "The Voice of the Philippines."



Bradley Holmes, 31, said he joined the contest for his family, admitting that he used to do drugs and battled alcoholism but had himself admitted to a rehabilitation center.

On the show's episode on Sunday, Holmes performed the classic rock hit "Long Train Running," much to the delight of the coaches. Three of the four coaches turned for him. Ironically, it was rocker Bamboo who did not turn for Holmes.

Holmes chose to be part of Team Apl, saying he wants to explore his talent and musicality, especially since he and Apl have different genres.

Fil-Am Kathryn Dela Cruz Fails On The Voice PH But Something Good Unexpectedly Happens

Katherine Dela Cruz came all the way from California to the Philippines hoping to make it to the blind auditions of "The Voice of the Philippines." However, fate had other things planned for her.



During an interview before the blind auditions, the 22-year-old revealed that she is a big fan of Lea Salonga, having played Kim at a local production of "Miss Saigon" in California.



So after failing to turn a single chair for her performance of John Legend's "All of Me," Dela Cruz did not waste the opportunity to ask Salonga if they can do a duet.

The original Kim of "Miss Saigon" gamely sang "I Still Believe" from the musical with Dela Cruz who not only impressed Salonga, but also the other coaches.

Salonga refused to give a critique of Dela Cruz's blind audition but vowed to recommend her to the current "Miss Saigon" production in London.

Still amazed with what happened, Dela Cruz quickly ran to her parents backstage to tell then that her "ultimate dream" just came true.

Karlo Mojica, A Person With Disability Earns Spot In Team Bamboo On The Voice PH

A bassist proved that having a disability should not be a hindrance in pursuing one's dreams, as he became part of Team Bamboo in the second season of "The Voice of the Philippines."



Karlo Mojica of Makati City has been unable to walk properly ever since he was young. In an attempt to have him cured, his parents brought him to different doctors for treatment, but he was still unable to walk.

Despite his disability, Mojica tries to be independent. He decided to join "The Voice" to prove that even persons with disabilities (PWD) can reach their dreams.

On the show's episode on Sunday, Mojica sang a Freddie Aguilar song and both Bamboo and apl.de.ap turned for him.

At the end of his song, Mojica received a standing ovation from all four coaches and the studio audience.

In the end, Mojica chose Team Bamboo, explaining that both of them experienced being in a band.

Teen wakeboarder Daniel Ombao had a "perfect" performance during the blind auditions of "The Voice of the Philippines," according to his new coach, Sarah Geronimo.



Geronimo said the song chosen by the 17-year-old and the heart he showed during the performance blended really well.

Coach Bamboo Mañalac, despite not having turned his chair for Ombao, admitted he was also impressed with the teen, noting a particular part of the performance.

The young wakeboard instructor hopes that after making it to Team Sarah would prove himself to his father, who wants him to become an engineer instead of pursuing a singing career.

Mark Cando, The Voice PH Contestant Sings For Crush Toni Gonzaga And Joins Team APL

It was a dream come true for 24-year-old Mark Cando. Not only did he clinch a spot on the team of Coach apl.de.ap, he also got to serenade his crush, Toni Gonzaga, during the blind auditions of "The Voice of the Philippines," which aired on Sunday.



While the 24-year-old managed to impress the Black Eyed Peas member with his performance of Brenda Russell's "Get Here," Sarah Geronimo had a few pointers for him.

Coach Bamboo Mañalac echoed the comments of Geronimo but gave Cando credit for the way he presented himself onstage.

At one moment, 'The Voice' coaches become love coaches when Cando was asked what was his inspiration and answered that he admires Toni Gonzaga.

The coaches then called Gonzaga, who was backstage, to come out and meet her admirer.

Coach Apl gave the 24-year-old a rose and a pick-up line he can try on the "Voice" host.

Coach Lea Salonga also told the contestant to serenade Gonzaga with the song he just performed at the blind auditions.

Cando did not waste his chance, held Gonzaga's hands and swayed the "Voice" host while singing her a song.

Kai Honasan, Senator Gringo Honasan's Daughter Turns 4 Chairs On The Voice PH

A 25-year-old classical pianist became a part of Team Bamboo after she showed off her unique singing talent on the blind auditions of the second season of "The Voice of the Philippines."



Kai Honasan from Marikina City is the youngest daughter of Senator Gringo Honasan. Aside from playing the piano, she also plays the ukulele.



The youngest of five siblings, Honasan said she has always been inspired by her father and trying to prove to her dad that she can make her own story.

During the show's episode on Sunday, Honasan gave a new twist to Katy Perry's hit, "Teenage Dream." All four coaches turned for Honasan, with Sarah Geronimo hitting her button just before the song ended.

Honasan chose to be part of Team Bamboo, adding that she feels she and Bamboo came from the same world.

Honasan is the second member of the team, together with rocker Tanya Diaz, who also turned four chairs in the show's pilot episode.

Actress-singer Karla Estrada, the mother of teen star Daniel Padilla, tried out for a spot in the newest season of ''The Voice of the Philippines.''

Entertainment columnist and talent manager Ogie Diaz, said Estrada joined the blind auditions of the singing competition for the "experience."

Diaz also confirmed reports that the actress failed to get past the first round of screening. He said Estrada has long accepted the decision of the show's coaches, namely: Lea Salonga, Sarah Geronimo, apl.de.ap, and Bamboo Mañalac.

Ogie Alcasid On ASAP Stage

Ogie Alcasid will take the "ASAP" stage this weekend, marking a rare moment for the singer-songwriter who has been identified with rivals of the ABS-CBN show.

Both considered OPM icons, Alcasid will perform with "ASAP" mainstay Gary Valenciano in the "I Love OPM" segment of the long-running TV concert program on Sunday.

Alcasid was one of the main performers of GMA-7's "SOP," which aired in the same time slot as "ASAP," for 13 years until 2010. Before he transferred to TV5 last year, Alcasid also co-hosted "SOP" successor "Sunday All Stars," which had a similar format.

Aside from Alcasid's rare performance, the November 2 episode of "ASAP" will feature the launch of pop star Sarah Geronimo's new album, "Perfectly Imperfect."

The singer-actress' fellow "The Voice of the Philippines" coach, Bamboo Manalac, will collaborate with Charice in a throwback-themed acoustic number.

Lustre, who is known for her on-screen team-up with James Reid, is the latest cover girl of the local fashion magazine Preview.
