Talent Manager Cornelia "Tita Angge" Lee dies
Talent manager Cornelia Lee, widely known as "Tita Angge," died Thursday, March 2, a year after a massive heart attack left her in a coma. She was 70.
Lee passed away at 9:20 p.m. at their residence in Antipolo, ABS-CBN News Onlne reported.
"Thank you for all the prayers for my mother who fought for her life for one year, Praise God it was a peaceful sleep", Lee's daughter Imelda told Mario Dumaual in an interview.
A wake for Lee will be held at the Loyola Memorial in Marikina starting Friday.
Lee began her career as a radio, television, and film talent before becoming a talent manager and casting director. She was first given her break in showbiz by director Pablo Santiago, who cast her for a role in the film "Continental Playboy."
